Family appropriate gamers that you won’t be embarassed watching
One of the best ways to improve your play is to watch others. This takes up time, and may not be as convenient as reading tips, but it helps a lot. I’ve picked out a few gamers whose videos are instructional below.
Better yet, these players are family friendly. They don’t curse, or say or do stupid things. They have a pure focus on the game and strategy. You aren’t going to have any problems if the kids walk in while you’re watching. That’s hard to find in the gamer community, which is why I think these players are worth watching.
EvolveJake
This guy is good. But the best part: many of his videos are only 10-15 minutes long, easy to consume during downtime. His tactics and instruction are excellent. Plus, he’s the only person I’ve ever heard not use a contraction when saying “What is up everyone”. Gotta love this guy.

TobyWanShinobi
Toby’s instructional videos are very in-depth. A lot of the strategies I talk about, and that Jake covers in a 15 minute video, Toby will go into with much more detail. He also creates special rooms that you can login to and train, if you are into trying that. His tactics are also great, and his aim is insane (too good some say? hmmm). Plus, the guy has at least one kid. Gaming and a family; he’s living the life.

Tomato and Vader
Tomato and his duos partner Vader are the Penn and Teller of Fortnite, with Vader playing the straight man to Tomato’s frontman. Tomato reminds you that Fortnite is meant to be fun. He’s a good player – he’d kick all our asses in a game – but he has fun playing and recording, and you’ll have fun watching him.

If you find others that you think are worth mentioning, please add a link in the comments below. Would love to hear about them!
